chore: drop stray daily note, ignore /Users/

A 0-byte Users/kortum/Humdrum/Daily/2026-06-29.md was committed by accident in
03cf499 — glint wrote a daily note relative to the repo root instead of the
vault. Remove it and ignore the path so a future stray cannot be committed.
